Trio Images was founded in 1999 by three of the most important musicians in Brazil, Cecília Guida (violin), Henrique Müller (viola) and Achile Picchi (piano). After 12 years, this renowned and award-winning institution now keeps its musical work with invited pianists. Their unique training, repertoire, technique, sound and musical affinities have led Trio Images to perform numerous concerts in Brazil and abroad (Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Argentina, etc.), usually invited by local governments, by the Moscow Committee of Culture and many other entities with relevant success ("... the magic trio of virtuoso ..." - Journal of the Academy of Sciences of Russia; " ... exactess,temperament and perfection ... " - La Nación), interchanging Brazilian compositions with music from the coutries that they played, named in Brazil " Ambassadors of Music ".

With multiple premières of innovative works and some Brazilian dedicated (C. Santoro, Villani-Côrtes, Marlos Nobre, etc.), Trio Images was the great revelation in 2002 (L.R. Trench - "Concerto" Magazine) and in the same year received the "Honor Award" from the Armenian government, for the inestimable divulgation of Armenian music in its many concerts.

In 2009, during another successful tour in Armenia attending a local government invitation, the Trio Images received the "Order of Culture" and the "Gold Medal of Culture" from Ms. Culture Minister H. Pogyosyan, the highest award honored from Armenian government to artists. The most important live composer from Armenia, T. Mansourian, was at the Concert in Yerevan and became so impressed with the presentation, balance, sound, technique and musical performance of the Trio, that dedicated them an original composition from his own.

Trio Images received from APCA ("Paulist Critics of Arts Association") the national award "Best Chamber Ensemble of 2006" and "Great Critics Award of 2008". In 2007, the Trio Images was laureate with the "Carlos Gomes Cultural Merit Order" as COMENDATORES, recognizing its cultural contribution to Brazil.
